I grew up in Bogotá, Colombia. From a very young age, colors, shapes, and letters caught my eye before anything else did. Growing up, my dad was into photography, 3D modeling, and video editing, and watching him work made the creative world feel natural and exciting. That environment is a big part of why I ended up studying graphic design.
After graduating, I started freelancing in Bogotá, taking on projects and learning what it really meant to work as a designer. Then in 2016, an opportunity came that changed everything: a small but sharp design studio in Miami called Nativo. I started working remotely from Colombia, and over the next five years I grew from a graphic designer into an art director, taking on more responsibility, leading creative decisions, and deepening my understanding of branding, typography, and visual systems. In 2021 I made the move to Miami and joined the team in person, adding two more years to what became the most formative chapter of my career. Logos, websites, print, digital. I touched all of it, and it all made me better.
In 2024 I stepped into the corporate world, joining Norwegian Cruise Line as part of their creative team. Two years in, I'm still doing what I love.
I'm excited to see where the next step in my career takes me.
